As the company grows and technology changes so do our needs and what we do for the dealerships. 2011 has been a year of great changes for us and it is reflected in the company’s composition.
Denis Pretchel and Nick Seiz have recently left the Autobase field photo services team and we have brought back one of our old area managers, Zach. The field business has changed for us, we are no longer growing that portion of the business but implementing new solutions and servicing our existing accounts. Because of that, we decided to provide more emphasis on field support by transferring office personnel into more field personnel available thus we created the field operation assistant, a person that can work as a floater with the field operation managers to better cover the areas, work with dealers when inventory goes up dramatically, etc. This new team also allow us to develop and implement things faster in the field as the QR code label implementation in the summer and the recent new car QR code implementation testifies.
We have also dramatically grown our website, microsite, and blog business in 2011 with over 800 websites sold and delivered this year. Dustin has formed an excellent team with Braidon, Phillip, and Lyz.
Overall we have reached 150+ employees with the new additions during 2011. Our goal is to provide the same service quality you have enjoyed from us for the last 11 years in more areas than just data collection.
Innovation and technical developments keep us busy but they are also the main driving force for what we like of the automotive business.
